At times we could use some extra guidance along the way. Spiritual Mentoring is the perfect addition to Heart-Based Meditation to compliment, build upon and deepen the practice. It can help to have a mentor to guide the way to Living from the Heart as you continue your ever evolving journey toward Inner Growth and Development. You will be given practices and tools to grow, gaining experience tailored to you along the way.
After a thorough consultation, this package will be built specifically for you with your goals and intentions at the forefront of the process. You will be given access to the Heart-Based Meditation Community including: Bi-weekly Meditations & Talks with Dr. Paul Dugliss, creator of Heart-Based Meditation, 10 Day Mini-courses on the Facets of the Heart and Monthly Retreats.
